POPIA & PAIA Compliance Declarations

Little Sprouts Pre-School is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of parents, legal guardians, and enrolled children. We comply fully with the Protection of Information Act (POPIA) guidelines.

1. Collection of Information

We collect personal details such as parent names, contact numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, and child health/age data strictly for admissions, emergency medical response, academic assessments, and school communications.

2. Data Security & Storage

All physical and digital records are protected against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction using secure encrypted databases and restricted physical archives. Data is never sold or shared with third-party marketing entities.

In accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), any individual has the right to request access to records held by Little Sprouts Pre-School that pertain to themselves or their children.
